We have friends & neighbors coming to town to make some delicious food for us. GEMS is the brand new concept of Chefs Hannah and Nathan serving us up finer food in southern Arizona. Some sample menu items include but are definitely not limited to:

• Chicken liver mousse with challah & onion salad

• Collard tortellini in brodo

• Omelette, celery root remoulade, frisée
